woo~~~ HAppy birthday to HZ!!!
went sch to do assignment as usual.
then ard 12 plus, i n mei find excuses to go out of sch. in order to buy her a bd cake.

along the way back to sch, we managed to find yi jie, mark n gang, wx's grp to go to 2D room to give hz a bd celebration.
she had lots of cakes today!! lol.. should hav 19 ckaes la. 19 yrs old ma =p haha jk.

i can feel the lactic acid following in my legs la, so pain.
it's not onli me in fact is almost my entire teams, everyone complain backside pain so funny.

as usual 6 rounds on tracks kills us already.
hav drills and coach teach new technique. blurred.. but i will try to learn n stay focus. as i'm feeling tired during the trainin.
argh.. i can do it zzzzz zzz
